1、 Main technical indicators of the machine:

(1) The power supply voltage is dc 9V/3A, which is positive inside and negative outside. It is better to use a switching power supply with small ripple first. If the voltage exceeds 9V, it may be due to heatingLarge and burnt high adjustment motor.

(2) The current of high-speed machine is 0.5~2.5A, and the speed can be adjusted according to the load of generator.The output voltage of the generator is 2.5~10V, and the maximum output current is 1A

(3) The generator has 3 output terminals, which can be used as a voltmeter and load. The on-board lamp beads indicate the power generation status.

2、 Precautions, very important!!

(1) The high-speed motor shall be suspended when it is too hot.

(2) When the motor is working, the torque is large, and the head, hair, and hands should not be too close to the motor to prevent rubber transmissionWith a wound.

(3) Children should not touch the motor and rotating belt under power supply.

(4) Lamp beads can be used for generator load, but do not short circuit the positive and negative poles of the output terminal to avoid burning out the power supply and voltage stabilizing chip.

Circuit introduction:

The high-speed motor M1 drives M2 to rotate, the generator coil cuts the magnetic line of force, and the mechanical energy is converted into power supply. The maximum voltage is about 9V. C4~C6, T1 filter the power ripple generated by the generator; S2 starts positive and negative pole switching. When the upper positive pole is switched to the lower negative pole, the power supply generates a stable voltage of 2.5~6V through IC2 to provide a stable voltage for the load. The increase of M1 speed will not change the output voltage. The green indicator light is on, indicating the voltage stabilization state. If R6 is adjusted without output change, M1 motor speed needs to be increased; When up and down timing, the current flows through the load, and then returns to the negative pole of the power supply through D3. D3 also acts as a reverse connection damage to IC2 power supply. At this time, the red light is on, and the meter is in a non stabilized voltage state.
